Vintage Hides ships across India from Vaniyambadi, Tamil Nadu. This policy explains our delivery timelines and the terms for returns and replacements.
- โDispatch: within 24 hours, Delivery: 3โ5 working days across India.
- โReturns are accepted only for products that arrive damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
- โNot eligible: returns or exchanges for personal preference or change of mind.
- โReport within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a video of the item and packaging.
- โVerified damaged/wrong-item cases are replaced or refunded 100% free โ pickup, shipping, and processing costs are on us.

1. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India, with the following timelines:

- Orders placed after 6:00 PM are processed the next working day.
- During peak periods, delivery timelines may vary slightly.
- Cash on Delivery is available on most Indian pin codes for a small โน99 convenience fee.
2. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled โ you may instead raise a return request if the item arrives damaged or incorrect. To cancel before dispatch, contact us right away on WhatsApp at +91 91235 41454.
3. Returns & Replacements โ What's Covered
Returns and replacements are accepted only in the following two cases:
- The product arrives damaged or defective.
- You receive the wrong product โ different from what you ordered.
4. How to Raise a Request
If your product is damaged or incorrect, here's what to do:
- Contact us within 72 hours of delivery โ after this window, we are unable to process the request.
- Email support@vintagehides.com or message us on WhatsApp.
- Share your order number along with clear photos or a short video of the product, its packaging, and the issue.
- Once verified, we arrange a free doorstep pickup and process a replacement or refund.
5. Refunds
- Verified damaged or wrong-item cases are refunded or replaced 100% free โ no charges to you.
- Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.
- COD orders are refunded via bank transfer โ details requested via WhatsApp.
- Refunds are processed within 5โ7 working days of the returned item being received and inspected.
6. Warranty
Every Vintage Hides bag comes with a 1-year stitching warranty, covering manufacturing stitching defects. This is separate from our shipping and returns policy above. For full coverage terms and how to make a warranty claim, please see our Warranty page.

Not covered โ we do not accept returns or exchanges for personal preference once an order is placed.
