Full Warranty Terms
1. What Does the Warranty Cover?
Warranty applies to manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions.
- Hardware issues such as zippers, clasps, hooks, D-rings, and metal fittings
- Manufacturing defects that affect the bag's usability
- Structural integrity issues arising under normal use
- Stitching defects directly caused by manufacturing faults
2. What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, or improper handling
- Water damage, stains, mold, or exposure to harsh conditions
- Natural wear, scratches, fading, or ageing of leather (patina) — these are hallmarks of real leather, not defects
- Stitching damage caused by overloading the bag or improper use
- Products that have been altered, repaired, or serviced by third parties
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
3. Warranty Period
The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of delivery, as confirmed by your order record and delivery confirmation. This warranty is non-transferable and is applicable only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase (order number) is required to initiate any warranty claim.
4. How to Claim Warranty

- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear photos or short videos clearly showing the product defect

5. Repair Timeline
Once your warranty claim is approved and the bag is received at our Vaniyambadi workshop:
- Repair by our artisans: 5–7 working days
- Return delivery across India: 3–5 additional working days
- Total estimated turnaround: 8–12 working days
You will receive a tracking update once your bag is dispatched back to you.
6. Resolution
Our primary warranty resolution is expert artisan repair of the product to restore its original utility and aesthetics. The repair is carried out at our workshop in Vaniyambadi by the same skilled craftsmen who build our bags. Please note that we do not offer product replacements under this warranty. Our focus is on long-term quality and usability.
7. Shipping Charges
To ensure your bag is handled with professional care during transit, a minimal ₹199 logistics fee applies for all warranty-related pickups and return deliveries. This covers both-way professional courier handling and is a flat fee regardless of your location in India.
8. Warranty Void Conditions
The warranty will be voided if:
- The product has been repaired or altered by an unauthorized third party
- The product shows signs of deliberate damage or negligence
- Proof of purchase (order number) cannot be provided
- The warranty claim is made after the 1-year period has expired

What is not covered under warranty?
