Genuine full-grain LWG-Gold certified leather — not PU, not bonded, not synthetic. Full-grain is the highest quality grade and develops a natural patina over time. It is the same grade used in luxury bags costing ₹20,000 and above at Indian boutiques.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery across India? +
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across most pin codes in India including Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. A small ₹99 convenience fee applies for COD. Prepaid and partial pay options are also available with 5–10% additional discounts and free express shipping.
What if I receive a damaged product? +
If there is any damage, contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We repair or replace under warranty with no questions asked.
